Delete your account and data

You can start permanent deletion directly in Love, Spoken. Support can help if you no longer have app access.

Last updated 8 August 2026

Start in the app

  1. Open Love, Spoken and tap your initials in the top-right corner.
  2. Open Personal settings and select Delete account and all data.
  3. Read the consequences, enter the confirmation word shown, and confirm the second warning.

Deletion continues securely on the server. The account cannot be restored after completion.

What is removed

We delete your authentication account, profile, audio and written content, transcripts, private AI drafts, device and push registrations, and your membership of the active couple connection.

Your partner keeps their own content. Your access to the partner's content ends. If your own content still exists as a separate copy in another person's history, it is deleted or detached from your account reference unless mandatory retention duties apply.

Manage an Apple subscription separately

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Apple. Before or after deletion, open Apple's subscription management to review or cancel an active subscription.

Without app access

Email support@lovespoken.app. Include the email address used with Sign in with Apple, but do not send passwords, Apple verification codes, or intimate content. We must verify your identity and account authority before deletion.

Delete selected data only

If you do not want to delete the whole account, go to Personal settings → Privacy & AI to withdraw AI consent and delete your transcripts with dependent private AI drafts. Individual answers and memories can be removed where the app provides that action.

Retention after deletion

No separate external backup archive for personal audio or relationship data is currently connected. Security, transaction, or support records may remain only as long as needed for abuse prevention, billing, refunds, or legal obligations; they are then deleted or anonymised.
