Start in the app
- Open Love, Spoken and tap your initials in the top-right corner.
- Select Delete account and all data.
- Read the consequences, enter the confirmation word shown in the app, and confirm the second warning.
The app uses a short-lived server confirmation. Never share this confirmation token.
What is removed
The intended complete flow removes your authentication account, profile, audio and written content, transcripts, private AI drafts, device and push registrations, and the active couple connection.
Your partner's own content remains theirs. Content authored and released by your partner may remain in their own history without your account reference.
Beta status
The native deletion interface and resumable server flow are deployed to the EU backend. A negative live test confirmed the authentication boundary. The full two-account synthetic test, external backup deleter, and restore evidence are still pending. The app will not be submitted publicly until this flow is verified with the exact release build.
Without app access
If you can no longer access the app, email support@lovespoken.app. Include the email address used with Sign in with Apple, but do not send passwords, Apple codes, or intimate content. Identity verification is required before deletion.
Delete only AI data
If you do not want to delete the entire account, go to Profile → Privacy & AI to withdraw AI consent and delete your audio transcripts together with dependent private AI drafts.
