Love, Spoken is provided by Katarzyna Ludwig. Contact details and address appear in the legal notice. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights in your habitual country of residence remain unaffected.

Love, Spoken is a private one-to-one app for exactly two currently connected people. It offers short questions, written and audio answers of up to 90 seconds, mutual reveal, memories, and personal letters.

Love, Spoken is not relationship therapy, medical or psychological advice, a crisis service, or an emergency service. AI features are optional transcription and writing aids and do not provide a diagnosis.

Use only your own account and protect your device, Apple sign-in, and private invitation. An account can be connected to only one partner at a time. Share invitation codes only with the intended person.

The service is not directed at children. You must be legally able under your local law to consent to use and data processing.

You keep the rights to your writing and recordings. You grant Love, Spoken only the non-exclusive permission technically required to store, process, and deliver content to your currently connected partner according to your choices.

Share only content you are entitled to use. Unlawful, threatening, intimidating, discriminatory, exploitative, or abusive content is prohibited, as is use for surveillance, coercion, or harassment. Respect your partner's boundaries, privacy, and consent.

With mutual reveal, a partner's answer becomes visible only after both people have answered. Private AI drafts and unsent letters remain private. Review every transcript and AI suggestion before confirmation or sending; AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable.

You can report received content inside the app and send additional concerns through support@lovespoken.app. In Couple Management you can disconnect or permanently block the current partner. Blocking immediately stops sharing, invitations, and couple notifications and prevents the same accounts from reconnecting.

We may investigate requests, restrict access to unlawful or abusive content, end a connection, or temporarily suspend an account. After appropriate review, serious or repeated abuse may result in account termination; mandatory rights and necessary evidence preservation remain unaffected.

The free scope and Premium features are described in the app. Your first complete personal weekly letter is free. Your existing answers and memories remain readable after a subscription ends; Premium primarily controls new creation, rhythm, presentation, search, and design options.

An Apple subscription technically belongs to the user whose Apple ID purchased it. While a couple is connected, the partner receives derived Premium access only through our verified backend logic. On separation, the purchaser keeps the subscription and the former partner loses only derived access. If both have subscriptions, each keeps their own.

Apple Family Sharing is disabled for the currently offered monthly and annual subscriptions. A retired monthly product that is not offered for new purchases has Apple Family Sharing permanently enabled. A transaction reported by Apple as FAMILY_SHARED grants no Premium access in Love, Spoken.

The binding localised price, billing period, and post-trial price are displayed by the App Store before purchase. If Apple offers your Apple ID a 14-day introductory offer, that Apple offer is the only trial used; there is no additional Love, Spoken backend trial.

The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled in time through Apple's subscription settings. Restore purchases, manage subscription, cancellation, and available refund routes are handled by Apple. Deleting a Love, Spoken account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

Separation ends the shared connection, not necessarily both accounts. Each person's own content remains associated with their account. Full account deletion starts inside the app and cannot be undone after completion. See Delete account.

We aim to provide a secure and reliable service but cannot fully prevent maintenance, outages at Apple, Supabase, OpenRouter, model providers, Vercel or network providers, or loss of data without a separate backup. Do not use the app as the only copy of content whose loss would be irreplaceable.

We remain liable under applicable law for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, mandatory product liability, and mandatory consumer protection. Otherwise, statutory liability rules apply.

We will give appropriate notice of material changes. If a change requires your consent, we will ask separately. Send questions to support@lovespoken.app.
